The SDTA provides financial support and assistance to Farm Products Promotions in South Dakota. The money donated by the SDTA is used for leasing sign sites and maintenance. SDTA members volunteer their time and effort to erect new signs and perform yearly maintenance on others.

The SDTA maintain several billboards across the state in strategic locations to ensure the most possible people are able to see our positive trapping message. Our current billboard program coordinator is Pete Harper and his number is: 815-298-5168. Pete does a fantastic job maintaining these billboards. However due to the fact they are spread out we need your help.
.
Much like the adopt a highway program we need trappers to "adopt a billboard". Your task will be simple. Just keep an eye on a billboard in your area, and if repairs or fresh paint need to be done, coordinate with Pete. He does a great job but can't be everywhere. Having you, our members, assist is a huge help and will ensure our billboards are well maintained and people see that we are there and active. The list is below and yes these are important. We have had Facebook likes from across the country on them. Thank You for helping us help you!
